Nancy grew up in the Texas Panhandle, attending Texas Tech University and graduating in 1983 with a BBA in Finance. She worked in residential lending and for a Midland non-profit prior to taking a break to raise a family. With children grown, Nancy chose to pursue her longtime interest in real estate. Having lived in Midland for over three decades, she feels her strength is knowing Midland’s personality, people, neighborhoods, and schools! Nancy’s husband, John is an oil & gas independent and their three children, Brett, Ellie, & Annie are all graduates of the University of Texas. Nancy enjoys being active in her community and selling real estate is another way to give back. The Bergmans are members of First Baptist Church of Midland.

Amy is a proud third generation Midlander. A graduate from Texas Tech University, her love for all things West Texas runs strong through her veins. Amy spent fifteen plus years with a highly successful career in medical sales, before focusing her talents on the Permian Basin real estate market. Annie was born and raised in Midland, TX. She always has and always will call Midland home. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘em!) with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and a minor in Business. Annie is a second generation realtor and following her mom, Nancy Bergman, into the business at the Sales Team Realtors. Having grown up in Midland, Annie has a familiarity with the city and its history and personality.
